Trouble receiving emails from Travitor

Not receiving emails from Travitor? We’re here to help! We’ve gathered some tips to help you find invitations and email notifications.

Step 1: Check spam and junk folders, and other email filters

Check your spam and junk folders, as well as any inbox filters, just in case emails from Travitor are being sent there.

Step 2: Allow emails from Travitor

Ask your IT team or email service provider if your email system is flagging Travitor emails. They may want to check that emails from support@travitor.com aren't being blocked.

Troubleshoot notifications

The majority of our clients are able to use Travitor without any IT intervention needed, but from time to time we run into an environment where certain things are blocked or restricted which cause Travitor to not function correctly.

Certain firewall settings may prevent the LMS system and courses from running properly.

Our infrastructure is all hosted in the Amazon Cloud, and their IP addresses can and do change from time to time.  This website lists the latest (our infrastructure is all in the US-EAST region, so you can focus on just those if you need to whitelist IP ranges):
