How To Record Event Attendance
This tutorial outlines the process for marking events as completed. Events are automatically marked as "Complete" in the system within an hour of their start date/time (or within an hour of creation, if they're created in the past).
Step 1
From the COMPLETED EVENTS section, select the desired event. (if it doesn't appear here yet, wait about an hour, these are completed in batches automatically once their start date/time has passed)
Step 2
From the main event view, the RECORD ATTENDANCE option is now displayed. Click on the option to continue.
Step 3
From the RECORD ATTENDANCE tab, select the students that attended the event. Those who are selected will be automatically recorded.
