How To Export Enrollment Lists
This tutorial outlines the process for generating a list of enrolled attendees to an upcoming event.
Identify the event for which the list will be generated from. Select the REPORTS tab from the top navigation bar.
From the REPORTS tab, scroll down and click on the blue, PLUS icon on the bottom, right-hand side of the page. This will allow the user to create a custom report.
On the REPORT BASICS page, enter a REPORT NAME and select EVENTS from the REPORTS AREA section. Once completed, select the blue CONTENT TO REPORT button on the top, right-hand side of the page.
On the CONTENT TO REPORT page, select or search the desired events listed below. Once selected, click on the blue GENERATE REPORT button on the top, right-hand side of the page.
On the REPORT RESULTS page, select the EXPORT button on the right-hand side of the page.
Once selected, a .csv file will appear. Each of the fields for that report will be displayed.
The same report can be used for different events by going back to the REPORTS page and scrolling down to the CUSTOM REPORTS section. Here, the event can be edited by selecting the EDIT icon on the event card.
Once selected, different events can be selected and added to the report. The same process to generate a report, outlined above, can be followed.
